Your total is an ESTIMATE. The cost may vary higher or lower depending on the weight of the cheese. Your cost may also vary due to Ice. If you are shipping to a warmer state or during summer months we will place Ice in the package. (check below under Ice in the Shipping section of the Terms & Conditions)
We ship on MONDAYS and TUESDAYS only. This is done to try and prevent your package from sitting over the weekend in a shipping facility. Any order that is received after 12pm on a Tuesday may be shipped the following week. We ship anywhere inside the United States. We offer United States Postal Service . The USPS Priority mail roughly takes between 2-4 days to arrive. If you would prefer another shipping carrier please call the store directly
Please keep in mind what state you are sending to and what kind of temperatures they may have there.
HANDLING: our handling fee has been included into the shipping price
ICE: depending on what time of year and where the package is going ice will be added to your package with no added cost.
Due to the fact that cheese is a perishable product shipping can be tricky depending on the time of year and the temperatures of where the package is being shipped. Because there are no guarantees with these shippers, we do not accept any responsibility once the package leaves our hands and cannot control the environment it enters. The package is in the care of the Shipper. We will take great care and precaution when preparing your order with the information provided. Shipping is at your own risk, especially in the Summer Months. We use USPS because in the past they have been the most reliable.
When shipping please make sure your recipient will be home, or send it to their place of employment, a neighbor’s or a friend’s home where someone will be home to receive the package. By doing this it will eliminate the chance of the package sitting outside all day. Please make sure to include all information that is asked. This will help to aid us in making sure your shipping experience is a good one.
OUR POLICY ON RETURNS IS AS FOLLOWS:
Please notify us immediately of any problems. All return Items must be sent back to our facility within 3o days. The reason for this is for us to make sure we are selling the best quality products we can produce. If there is a problem with our product we need to look further into the issue and we need the product in order to do so. DO NOT THROW THE ITEM AWAY! Refunds will not be made without the product. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds will be in the form of a Gift Certificate or a refund to your Credit Card, NO Cash Back.
